Your order usually begins in our sample department. An authorized JMish retailer calls us with a sample request and we pull it from our fully stocked inventory for immediate shipment.

Once the color and style are confirmed, the finest New Zealand Wools are "warped" onto giant beams. These beams feed into our tufting machines in the precise sequence your order requires.

The finished carpet is inspected by master craftsmen at one of our mending frames. Quality is our highest priority. All orders undergo a rigorous final inspection before they are shipped out.

Completed rolls are warehoused in our on-site distribution facility for quick access.

JMish's most recent capital investment is the installation of a shearing machine.
